I woke up like Rip Van Winkle from the sleep of the fat

and the lonely.

I woke up laughing.

I touched a television screen and fell back

from the electric shock.

I saw a man become a clown,

and then a prince.

I sat 10 feet from a storyteller,

and his revolving mind.

I dream of poker games, and monsters,

of celluloid and fantasy.
